Adults (12 years +) : 1-2 capsules up to twice per day.

Adults (12 years +): 1 capsule in the morning.
Capsule to Syrup conversion:
1 Advance Capsule = 10 ml Advance Syrup

Syrup 200ml
Adults (12 years +): 5-10 ml up to three times per day, after meals.
Optimal Dosage
Adults: 1 Forte capsule plus 1 Advance capsule in the morning. Dosage can be increased to up to twice per day if needed.
or 1 Forte capsule plus 10 ml Advance Syrup in the morning. If needed, the dosage can be increased to up to twice daily.
Children: 5-10 ml Advance Syrup up to twice per day.
Additional Doses
For emotional meltdowns, anxiety or panic attacks (when attacks happen):
Adults: 5-10 ml Advance Syrup with a glass of cold water.
Children: 5 ml Advance Syrup with a glass of cold water.
